New chapters of the European standard on deforestation

On December 28, the Center for Global Law at FGV Direito Rio published an update on the New European regulation against deforestation in production chains (EUDR) in Folha de São Paulo. The text, co-authored by professor Paula W. Almeida with researchers Fernando Rangel and Gabriel Ralile, brings important updates regarding the application of the regulation, whose prohibitions will come into force at the end of 2024, as well as pointing out some implementation tools adopted by the Union European.
